The Accounts Payable Specialist will work closely with project managers, vendors, and accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
Responsibilities
Accounts Payable Operations
+ Process vendor invoices, subcontractor billing, and expense reports
+ Match purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documentation
+ Prepare weekly check runs and ACH payment processing
+ Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies
+ Maintain organized AP documentation and records
+ Support month-end close and AP reporting activities
