Our client, located in Richardson, is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. This role is hybrid, with 2 days remote per week after the initial 90 days of employment. Key Qualifications:
- Must be hungry, driven, quick, smart, and sharp
- Must have a strong technical aptitude and quick to learn new systems / AI
- Strong Accounts Payable experiences are required
- A Bachelor's degree is a bonus
Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently process vendor invoices in MS Business Central for approval and payment
- Reconcile Corporate credit card activity and process payment
- Calculate and pay external sales representative commissions quarterly
- Calculate and pay royalties to licensors
