Job Description:
- The Payment Associate is responsible for processing payments in an accurate and timely fashion for specific business sector(s) and countries serviced by GS Procurement - Asia Pacific.
- Payments Processing
- Generate and review payment batch
- Reconcile payment batch
- Verify batch file against vendor/bank reports
- Resolve and reconcile payment issues
- Generate, review and validate Accounts Payable reports
- Work with bank on payment discrepancies
- Coordinate with Treasury on disbursement accounts
- Perform Payment Clearing
- SOX & Compliance activities & Reports Preparation
- Month-End Clearing Activities
- Urgent case handling
- Deliver service excellence and maximize customer service and satisfaction
- Develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders (external / internal customers, co-workers)
