Job Responsibilities
- Receives and checks request and schedule for payments including required documents (Sales Invoice, Delivery Receipts, Receiving Reports, Project Status Reports, Certificate of Completions, Counter Receipts and others).
- Prepares, prints and submits Payment Vouchers to the Accounting Supervisor for review.
- Prepares and computes EWT for the issuance of BIR 2307 (if applicable).
- Obtains and checks signed Payment Vouchers, Official Receipts or Collection Receipts.
- Updates Accounts Payable in the Accounting Module of the System.
