We're seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Ontario, California. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional with strong full-cycle accounts payable knowledge, excellent invoice processing skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payment processing, vendor management, and account reconciliation while maintaining compliance with internal controls and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage accounts payable functions from invoice receipt through payment processing and reconciliation.
+ Review, code, and process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
