Description We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a growing biotech organization in San Diego, California on a Long-term Contract basis. This part-time opportunity, expected to average 20–25 hours per week, will support daily payables activity and key close-cycle tasks within a manufacturing setting. The position works closely with the finance team and contributes to accurate financial reporting, vendor support, and efficient invoice processing.
Responsibilities:
• Manage a steady flow of vendor invoices, including purchase order-backed invoices and three-way matching, while ensuring entries are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Enter payable transactions into the accounting system with careful attention to coding, approval status, and supporting documentation.
