We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist for a Sheboygan, Wisconsin area organization. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys maintaining accurate financial records, managing invoice activity, and ensuring timely payment processing. • Review incoming invoices for accuracy, assign appropriate accounting codes, and prepare them for entry into the payment system.
• Process a high volume of vendor invoices while maintaining complete and organized financial documentation.
