Description We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a wholesale distribution organization in St. Cloud, Minnesota. The person in this role will help keep invoice processing, payment coordination, expense administration, and financial documentation organized and moving efficiently across the team.

• Process vendor invoices accurately and enter payable information into the accounting system in a timely manner.
• Review submitted invoices for proper approvals, supporting documentation, and correct routing before payments are released.
