Job Description
The Accounting Staff is responsible for supporting the finance department by handling daily accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, and ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable
- Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation
- Process invoices, reimbursements, and expense reports
- Support payroll preparation and government compliance (if applicable)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Assist during audits and provide necessary documentation
- Coordinate with other departments regarding financial matters
