This position will play a critical role in supporting daily AP operations, vendor management, and financial reporting activities. Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable Operations
+ Process and code vendor invoices accurately and timely
+ Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation
+ Prepare weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers
+ Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies
+ Maintain vendor records and payment documentation
+ Assist with month-end AP close activities
