Key Responsibilities
+ Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and on time
+ Review invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests for accuracy and proper approval
+ Match, batch, and code invoices
+ Prepare and process check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers
+ Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies
