Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor/Manager to lead a small on-site team in Waco, Texas. This contract opportunity has the potential to become permanent and is ideal for a hands-on accounts payable specialist who can balance daily processing work with team oversight and process accountability. The role supports a steady invoice volume and requires strong familiarity with NetSuite, payment workflows, and accurate invoice coding.
Responsibilities:
