Accounts Payable Team Lead - 6 Month FTC | D365 | Immediate Start
We are currently recruiting an experienced Accounts Payable Team Lead for a 6-month fixed term contract with a well-established, fast-paced organisation in Melbourne. This role requires a hands-on leader to support the team through a busy period.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and support a small Accounts Payable team in daily operations
- Hands-on invoice processing using Microsoft D365
- Supplier statement reconciliations and query resolution
- Ensure invoices are processed accurately and within deadlines
- Support post-ERP implementation processes and improvements
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Assist with audit, compliance, and month-end requirements
