Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Be able to correctly perform all tasks in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning);Support in launching invoices in ERP and follow-up of receptions;Be able to manage requests for credits/debits to suppliers and forward them to the right contact;Support the management of cash advances;Support in the management of quantity and prices incongruities with internal departments and with suppliers;Send invoices without reception in the system to the correspondents of each factory;Archive invoices;Your profile and competencies to succeed
