We are hiring a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk with experience in accounts payable for a company in the Turlock area.
Responsibilities
+ Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests
+ Enter financial data accurately into the accounting system
+ Reconcile accounts and research discrepancies
+ Prepare and track check payments and deposits
+ Respond to vendor and internal account inquiries
+ Maintain vendor records and AP/AR files
+ Support month-end and year-end close activities
+ Assist with reporting, 1099 preparation, and audit documentation
+ Handle cash transactions accurately and confidentially
+ Help with special projects and process improvements
Qualifications
+ 1+ year of office or accounting experience
+ Accounts payable experience preferred
