Herbalife is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Accounts Payable Analyst in Guadalajara, Jalisco.
Responsibilities
- Record, validate, and process invoices from assigned countries to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Make payments in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Review and validate purchase orders and receipts, comparing them with supplier invoices.
- Authorize services and products in line with company guidelines.
- Transfer entries from the Accounts Payable module to the General Ledger for analysis.
- Manage and control supplier payments, including reconciliation of accounts payable.
- Maintain documentation control and ensure all pre‑requisites for invoice approval are met.
