Accounts Receivable Officer
to manage billing, collections, and revenue tracking to support the company's financial health. Key Responsibilities
Generate and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner Monitor accounts and follow up on outstanding payments Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies Prepare ageing reports and provide updates on receivables status Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders on billing and payment matters Record receipts and ensure proper allocation of payments Support month-end closing and reporting activities Ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements Requirements
Minimum
2 years of relevant Accounts Receivable experience Experience in healthcare billing or service industry is an advantage Familiar with accounting systems and Excel Strong communication ski...
