Position Summary: Perform accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts receivable transactions.
Position Essential Responsibilities:
+ Regular attendance at assigned location; may include A/Z satellite offices or other project site;
+ Preparation and distribution of monthly billing worksheets to Project Managers for review;
+ Processing of monthly requisitions and/or invoices in Timberline accounting system;
+ Print and obtain signatures on monthly requisitions and invoices;
+ Distribute requisition and invoice packages to Customers;
+ Research and respond to Customer billing inquires;
