Description We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to support financial operations for a non-profit organization in California. This position focuses on managing invoicing, payment posting, and follow-up on outstanding balances while helping maintain accurate financial records. The role is fully in person and works closely with the finance team to keep receivables processes organized, timely, and compliant.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on schedule to support timely revenue collection.
• Record incoming payments, apply cash receipts to the appropriate accounts, and reconcile discrepancies as they arise.
