Role Description:
The Accounts Receivable Officer is responsible for the day-to-day management of customer payments, account reconciliations, invoicing, collections activities, and billing administration. The role ensures customer accounts are accurately maintained, payments are correctly allocated, outstanding debts are managed effectively, and billing records remain accurate. This position plays a key role in maintaining cash flow, financial integrity, and positive customer relationships.
