Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile customer accounts, including posting payments, journal entries, write-offs, and applying retainers.
- Process customer deposit refunds accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address account-related inquiries and resolve issues.
- Escalate complex or urgent matters to management to ensure timely resolution.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Serve as the primary contact for aging accounts and outstanding balances.
- Monitor and resolve customer account discrepancies regularly.
- Assist in generating reports and providing insights to management as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
