What you’ll be doing
- Manage customer accounts and credit control
- Process and allocate cash receipts accurately
- Monitor overdue balances and resolve issues
- Liaise with customers to secure timely payments
- Investigate and resolve queries, disputes & deductions
- Manage orders on hold and support billing
- Build strong internal relationships
- Ensure compliance with policies and SOX controls
