Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist (Cash Allocation)

About the role
We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist (Cash Allocations) to join our Finance Business Services team in Kuala Lumpur. This is a key role within the OTC function, ensuring customer cash is allocated accurately and on time, protecting revenue, cash flow and ledger integrity.
You’ll act as a go-to expert for complex allocations, working closely with Credit, Billing and Finance teams to resolve issues quickly, reduce unallocated cash and support strong DSO and working capital performance. If you thrive in a fast-paced shared services environment and enjoy improving processes, this role is for you.
