Accounts Receivable Specialist

LeadVenture is seeking an**Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage a portfolio of accounts, process payments, and resolve billing inquiries.
You will contact customers about overdue balances, negotiate payment plans, reconcile accounts, and collaborate with 3rd party collections agencies when necessary.
The role also includes handling ACH charge-backs, assisting with cancellations, and maintaining accurate records and reports.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Monitor a portfolio of accounts and identify outstanding receivables.
- Investigate historical data, resolve customer billing inquiries, and process payments, credits, and refunds.
- Respond to ACH chargebacks, escalate issues as needed, and work with 3rd party collections agencies for delinquent accounts.
