We are seeking a dependable, detail‑oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team within our Multimatic Special Vehicle Operations (MSVO) division, operating in a fast‑paced advanced manufacturing environment.

This position is onsite Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Process daily customer invoicing with accuracy and timeliness.
- Apply cash receipts and reconcile customer accounts.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on past‑due accounts.
- Maintain customer credit files and supporting documentation.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and chargebacks.
- Coordinate with sales, customer service, and production teams regarding invoicing matters.
