Description We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a growing service organization in Sarasota, Florida. This Contract to permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can confidently manage collections, cash posting, and account review with accuracy and consistency. The person in this role will work closely with internal partners and customers to address billing issues, improve account standing, and support consistent cash flow performance.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee a large group of customer accounts, driving timely collection efforts and maintaining steady follow-up on outstanding balances.
• Review receivables aging on a regular basis, identify delinquent accounts, and take appropriate action to reduce past-due exposure.
