This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who brings strong commercial collections experience, sharp attention to account details, and confidence working with large retail customers. The role focuses heavily on reconciliation, deductions, cash activity, and billing support, with a hybrid schedule available after training.

• Manage business-to-business collections for retail customer accounts, following up on outstanding balances and resolving payment issues with careful attention to detail.
• Review account activity to reconcile discrepancies, research short payments, and address deduction-related questions with accuracy and urgency.
