Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY: The Accounts Receivable (AR) Supervisor ensures accurate and timely billing and collection of accounts receivable. Directly supervises and evaluates the day-to-day activities of designated personnel and works cross-functionally with various teams throughout the organization.

+ Coaches/ trainsstaffontechnicalworkand soft skills, such ascustomer service
+ Prepares andmaintainswell-defined reports for use intrackingand analyzinginvoices tobebilled,accounts receivableaging,deposits,collections, and other ARitems
+ Supervises activities designed tovalidatethataccountsreceivabledata flows correctly into all accounting and reporting systems; provides leadership when troubleshooting issues resulting from these activities
+ Seeksopportunities tomodifyor enhance current business processes to ensureoptimalproductivity
