About the Role
The Technician Accounts Receivable must effectively coordinate all aspects of cash and billing processing in support of the business needs. This position will communicate and interact with personnel in meeting receivable needs and functions.
What You'll Do
- Work with personnel to provide data needed for accurate billing and timely payment; respond to inquiries as needed.
- Post cash and project billing for budgeting and job cost analysis.
- Review all invoices for appropriate support and accuracy per contract.
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are received timely.
- Distribute invoices and statements to sponsors via hard copy or electronically through email or portals.
- Work with site supervisor on various job costing projects.
- Cross-train as a backup to A/P.
