Job Description
Reconciliation Executive – Forex / FintechKey Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliation of client deposits and withdrawals between CRM, bank statements, and payment service providers (PSPs).
- Reconcile merchant accounts, payment gateways, and banking transactions.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies, mismatches, missing transactions, and posting errors.
- Monitor daily financial transactions and identify unusual or suspicious activities.
- Prepare reconciliation reports and submit findings to management.
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Support teams to resolve transaction-related issues.
- Verify the accuracy of transaction records maintained within the CRM system.
- Assist in identifying CRM or operational process gaps affecting financial reporting.
