Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full sets of accounts for a portfolio of clients, including month-end and year-end closing
- Prepare and submit GST returns accurately and on time
- Process monthly payroll and CPF submissions
- Advise clients on accounting systems, treatments, and financial reporting matters
- Liaise with government authorities (e.g., IRAS) when required
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and reporting deadlines
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in client accounting or public practice
- Proficient in Sage50, QuickBooks, ABSS and XERO
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with good command of English
