Vacancy for Accounts Supervisor
Location: Support, East Bank Demerara
Responsibilities:
Communicate with vendors, clients, and employees regarding accounting matters.
Assist with inventory tracking and maintaining accurate records.
Verify invoices against supporting documents and prepare them for payment.
Post financial transactions and reconcile entries using QuickBooks.
Investigate and resolve processing issues with vendors and internal departments.
Provide general accounting and clerical support to the finance team.
Follow up with clients on outstanding payments.
Process payroll on a weekly and monthly basis.
Maintain accurate accounting records and input daily financial data.
