Responsibilities
- Enter financial data accurately into the accounting system to maintain up-to-date records
- Update all receipts promptly in the accounting system to ensure timely financial tracking
- Assist with bank reconciliation by verifying and matching bank statements with accounting records
- Update bookkeeping and filing records to support organized financial documentation
- Complete ad‑hoc accounting and administrative tasks as assigned to support the finance team
- Demonstrate a proactive approach and commitment to meeting deadlines to ensure smooth financial operations
- Maintain an organized work style and a pleasant, cooperative attitude to foster a positive team environment
- Location: near to Paya Lebar MRT Station
- Training will be provided
