Responsibilities
- Generate invoices and delivery orders through SAP
- Merge invoices and delivery orders and save them into the relevant folder
- Send out invoices, delivery orders and statements of accounts to clients
- Manage stationery and pantry supplies
- Provide adhoc support as assigned by manager
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Electrical or Green Energy or related studies with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Ability to multi-task within tight deadlines
- Good organizing ability, meticulous and results‑oriented with minimum supervision required
- Proficient in SAP and MS Office
- Basic knowledge of SAP; prior electrical knowledge will be an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of related industry experience will be preferred
- Able to start work immediately or serve on short notice
