PHirst Park Homes is looking for a detail-oriented Accreditation Specialist to manage and support the accreditation and compliance process for our growing national sales force. If you are sharp with Excel, love data, and have a background in people analytics or HR operations — this role was made for you.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage the end-to-end accreditation process for new and existing PHirst Park Homes sales associates
- Collect, review, and validate all required accreditation documents from applicants and agents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accreditation records using Excel and other tracking tools
- Perform data entry, verification, and cleansing of accreditation and personnel databases
- Generate reports and dashboards on accreditation status, compliance rates, and headcount data
