Essential Duties and Responsibilities Instructional Excellence
Teach district curriculum using well-designed, standards-aligned lesson plans. Employ rigorous instructional strategies and project-based learning to foster collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking. Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and styles. Assess student mastery using multiple tools: formative assessments, performance tasks, standardized tests, and observations. Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, grades, and assessment data.
