Job Title: Lifeguard at Freedom Leisure
This role involves ensuring the safety and enjoyment of visitors at our leisure facilities, including swimming pools, gyms and cultural spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe environment for all guests.
- Provide life‑saving assistance and emergency response.
- Assist customers and coordinate with other staff.
- Promote a welcoming atmosphere across all age groups.
Qualifications
- Cymhwyster NPLQ neu debyg (NPLQ qualification or equivalent)
- Cymorth Cyntaf yn y Gwaith (First Aid at Work)
- Sgïa Gymraeg (Welsh language skills desirable)
- An ability to relate to customers of all ages and abilities
- Well developed interpersonal skills
- Team orientated approach, able to work across organisational boundaries and demonstrate interest and support of the work of staff and colleagues
