ACMV Engineer
to manage the maintenance and operations of mechanical and building systems, with a key focus on ACMV, for one of our flagship projects located on the east side of Singapore. Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and oversee all mechanical and building maintenance activities, including but not limited to plumbing and sanitary systems, ACMV, and general building repairs. Manage term contractors and lead a team of technical officers and technicians in facilities operations, troubleshooting, preventive, and breakdown maintenance. Provide expert consultancy on mechanical and building-related issues, offering feasible solutions and coordinating with property owners, contractors, vendors, and users to ensure engineering requirements are met.
