The client is a SME company providing mechanical and electrical (M&E) maintenance, facilities maintenance, and project services for commercial and industrial properties in Singapore.

Job Summary

You will lead and execute maintenance and repair of air-conditioning and M&E systems, ensuring operational efficiency and safety compliance while managing a technician team and coordinating with clients and subcontractors.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair faults on VRV/VRF, Multi-Split Unit, DX systems, and Chilled Water Air Side FCU to restore system functionality
  • Perform preventative maintenance to ensure all M&E systems operate efficiently and meet operating standards
  • Respond promptly to urgent complaints and repair requests for air-conditioning and mechanical & electrical systems
