We are seeking a proactive and organised Acquisitions Assistant to join our UK Property Management team, operating from our Rajkot office. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between landlords, letting agents, local councils, and the London client team, supporting the sourcing and onboarding of suitable properties. The ideal candidate will be confident in communication, highly organised, and able to manage databases, outreach campaigns, property documentation, and daily coordination with the Director to maximise viewing opportunities and maintain strong professional relationships in a fast-paced International environment.
Key Responsibilities :-
1. Develop and maintain up-to-date databases of landlords, Letting agents, and local councils.
