Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Acquisition
- Identify and close new business in Deployment and Agency Partner segments.
- Create tailored proposals using CTI’s tools (e.g., Aquarius, Astra).
- Research market trends and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Account Management & Retention
- Lead Client Success Managers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct QBRs and uphold SLAs.
- Act on client feedback to strengthen partnerships.
Leadership & Team Management
- Coach and motivate CSMs to achieve goals.
- Promote collaboration across business units.
- Maintain strong communication across departments.
Performance & Revenue Targets
- Achieve revenue and margin goals for assigned markets.
- Track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Support incentive programs tied to results.
