Role Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the business at an exciting time and play a key role in shaping and supporting future marketing activity. The Acquisition Lead is responsible for driving new customer growth across all paid channels for Warrior. This is a performance-first role that sits at the intersection of strategy and execution — managing a mix of in-house campaign activity and external agency/freelancer relationships to deliver efficient, scalable customer acquisition. With DTC as the primary focus (approximately 70%) and Amazon accounting for the remaining 30%, this person will be deeply commercial, data-driven, and motivated by hitting and exceeding performance targets.
