Our client requires an Active Directory Engineer with indepth knowledge of AD and understanding of how AD delegations work.
Requirements- In-depth knowledge of AD
- This needs to focus on the true inter-workings of AD and not around identity management
- Understanding of how AD delegations work
- Understanding of AD replication
- Proper setup for sites and services
- Understanding of Group Policies
- Understanding around the various partitions and their uses
- Understanding of the AD Schema
- Command Line vs GUI (most true AD engineers use command line over GUI as it is mush more efficient, easier to automate tasks, provides a much larger level of detail, etc.)
Scripting
- PowerShell for sure, especially around the AD modules within PowerShell
- Other scripting languages can be useful around automation as well
