Activities Team Lead
Location: Maiden Castle House, 12-14 Gloucester Road, Dorchester, Dorset DT1 2NJ
Pay: £13.30 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (including alternate weekend working)
Shift Pattern: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
We have an exciting opportunity for an Activities Team Lead to join the team at Maiden Castle House, a 66‑bed dementia and residential care home in Dorchester.
About the Role
As the Activities Team Lead, you will plan and deliver an ongoing programme of social activities for residents, manage a calendar of events, negotiate with suppliers, implement new ideas, and supervise the Activities Assistant team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide imaginative and enjoyable social & therapeutic activities for residents, including those living with dementia.
