Activity Coordinator – Castlewood Care Home
We are currently recruiting for an Activity Coordinator for Castlewood Care Home , a brand new, state‑of‑the‑art care home in Clitheroe.
Overview
Castlewood Care Home is a brand new, state‑of‑the‑art residential care home for the elderly, dedicated to community, dignity and purpose. The facility includes a dedicated gym and modern living spaces to support person‑centred care.
Responsibilities
- Develop and plan programmes, outings and events; attend events and oversee activity implementation.
- Ensure the programme reflects residents’ wishes and preferences.
- Support residents to access social networks and maintain personal interests within policy, standards, legislation and financial budget.
- Work from other locations as required.
- Produce newsletters and support communication via the internet, letter writing, Skype and FaceTime. <...
