The Activity Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and conducting activities and engagement programs for residents to promote social interaction, well‑being, and an enjoyable living environment. The role includes encouraging resident participation and ensuring activities are carried out safely and effectively.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate daily activities, events, and engagement programs for residents.
- Encourage residents to participate in social, recreational, wellness, and group activities.
- Assist in preparing activity schedules, materials, and event setups.
