Detailed Overview
The role reports to the Program Coordinator and is responsible for carrying out an established activity program that supports residents in reaching and/or maintaining their optimal functional level, enhancing quality of life through participation, independence, and collaboration with residents and support systems.

- Carry out activity programs in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, responding to residents' individual care plans.
