Job Description

This role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate complex healthcare data into clear, actionable insights. The Actuarial Analyst will be exposed to hospital pricing, tariff structures, and risk management, with a specific focus on Alternative Reimbursement Methods (ARM). Through proactive analysis and reporting, the role will support sustainable profitability, effective risk management, and data‑driven transformation within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse the impact of hospital pricing and tariffs with the objective of developing ARM
  • Develop and produce reports to monitor the effectiveness of ARM models
  • Identify and assess key risks related to hospital event costs and establish reporting mechanisms to manage these risks
  • Perform profitability analysis per medical scheme and ARM contract type
