Roles and Responsibilities
Complete end to end Reserving and Reporting for all Lines of Business.- Collate all the required data from multiple sources.
- Perform data cleaning, missing value treatment and data transformation to ensure the data set
is ready to be used.
- Reconcile premium and claim data with the finance department to ensure accuracy.
- Reserving & Report preparation for All Lines of Business
- Analyze the reports and highlight key issues in a timely manner to management.
- Provide recommendations to the management on the issues highlighted.
- Work with stakeholders to understand any ad hoc requests
- Data preparation for IFRS implementation
- Impact assessment and understanding the standards
- Implementation of IFRS in the future
