Job Description
The **Actuarial Senior Supervisor** is an individual contributor responsible for new business financial reporting, planning, and strategic analysis, with a focus on delivering insights on profitability, value creation, and risk to senior management. Less qualified candidates may be considered for the **Actuarial Supervisor** role.
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Financial reporting
+ Lead reporting and analysis of New Business Contractual Service Margin (NB CSM).
+ Provide seasonal support for New Business Embedded Value (NBV) production, reporting, and analysis.
+ Analyze trends and key drivers across new business metrics.
+ Identify, quantify, and communicate key risks and opportunities.
+ Prepare materials for management and executive presentations.
+ New business planning
+ Develop and maintain New Business Plan AXIS models in collaboration with the Pricing team.
